Jack Spring
Head of Film And Television
Jack Spring is a multi international award winning director who, in 2019, became the UK’s youngest feature director with his debut Destination: Dewsbury.
In 2020, Spring directed his debut TV project Life in Non League, and his second feature film Three Day Millionaire in 2022, which peaked at #5 on Netflix in the UK. The film stars Colm Meaney, Robbie Gee, James Burrows, Lauren Foster and Jonas Armstrong.
In 2023 Spring directed another Shush project, All Town Aren’t We, a limited series on Grimsby Town Football Club’s miraculous 2021-2022 season. The project features interviews with Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney, Thomas Turnoose & Lloyd Griffith.
Giles Alderson
Director of Production
Giles Alderson produced Three Day Millionaire (Netflix); A Serial Killer’s Guide to Life (Showtime); Repeat (winner of sci-fi London Best Film); Followers (on all streaming platforms) and All Town Aren’t We (Amazon).
Giles has also written and directed the award winning The Dare which was No 3 on the Netflix charts when released (Lionsgate); Arthur & Merlin: Knights of Camelot; the WWII drama Wolves of War starring Ed Westwick & Rupert Graves (Signature Entertainment); and The Stranger in our Bed starring Emily Berrington and Samantha Bond (Sky & Hulu) which won Best Thriller at the National Film Awards.
Andrew Pettit
Producer
Andrew Pettit was a founding partner of private equity investment company Revcap in 2004, and is a member of the Revcap Investment Committee.
Andrew was formerly a managing director and head of the European real estate principal transactions business at Lehman Brothers, and a solicitor at Clifford Chance in the Property Finance Group.
Andrew has a BA (Hons) in Law and French from the University of Sussex and a postgraduate licence in EU law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Andrew joined the Shush team in 2021 in a non-executive capacity and brings a vast level of business acumen to the company.

Adam Carter
Head of Development
Adam Carter got his start in film and television helping to run the writers’ room for Steve McQueen’s anthology series Small Axe. He has worked as a Script Editor and Development Producer, frequently collaborating with producer Ruth Caleb OBE, as well as on a variety of film and TV projects with both upcoming and established writers and directors, including Gurinder Chadha and Terence Davies.
Adam first worked with the Shush Films team as a Development Producer on Three Day Millionaire. He has since joined the team to work across the entire Shush slate of projects in development.
Kalli Pasqualucci
Marketing And Social Media Manager
Having grown up on stage, and studying theatre and performance at Uni, Kalli Pasqulucci got involved with film and fell in love.
She’s stepped away from making films whilst raising her children, but will be back soon. She is currently Shush’s social media manager.
